Directorate Change

Environ Group announces the resignation of Mr Steven Hancock from the board of the Company and all other directorships within the Environ Group with effect from today.

Steven has been a main board director since September 2007 and has made a significant contribution towards the development of Environ Group through the Company's transitional period.

Mark Sims, the Chief Executive Officer of Environ Group, said "Steven has been a close associate of mine for many years, firstly with BGC Limited and subsequently with Environ Group. The Environ Group is indebted to him for his efforts over the last 4 years in helping to steer through the difficult times that we have endured. The board would like to place on record its appreciation for his dedication and involvement since becoming a main board director and wish him all the best for the future."
