RESULTS OF AGM AND EGM 
 
 
The Board of Faces Cosmetics plc ("Faces" or the "Company"), is pleased to 
confirm that all the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held 
earlier today were duly passed. 
 
 
RESULT OF EGM 
 
 
Faces also held a General Meeting today at which the resolution to cancel the 
admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM was duly passed. 
Consequently, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM 
is to be cancelled under AIM Rule 41, effective on 2 April 2009.
