                                 Notice of AGM


Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Company will be
held at Block E, Nanping Industrial Estate, Qiaolong Village, Tangxia Town,
Dongguan, Guangdong, PRC on 26 May 2008 at PRC time 4:00 p.m (UK time 9:00
a.m.).

The meeting will consider the resolutions laid out in the Notice of AGM, which
has today been posted to shareholders together with the Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 ("Annual Report and Accounts") and
the Proxy Form.

Additional copies of Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form
may be requested directly from the Company. The documents are also available on
