    Notice of EGM

    Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at Block E, Nanping Industrial Estate, Qiaolong
Village, Tangxia Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, PRC on 18 August 2008 at PRC time 4:00 p.m. (UK time 9:00 a.m.).

    The meeting will consider the resolutions laid out in the Notice of EGM, which was posted to shareholders together with the Proxy Form
on 2 August 2008.  These resolutions relate to the proposed appointment of RSM Bentley Jennison as auditors to the Company.
