    Result of EGM

    Change of Group Auditors


    FoaMasters International Limited today held an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company at Block E, Nanping Industrial Estate,
Qiaolong Village, Tangxia Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, PRC.

    The Company is pleased to advise that all resolutions as laid out in the Notice of EGM, which was posted to shareholders together with
the Proxy Form on 2 August 2008 were duly passed, including a resolution to appoint RSM Bentley Jennison ('RSM') as Group auditors..Auditors
for HK and PRC remain unchanged. The benefit of appointing RSM as Group and Regional auditors will ensure the Group's auditing process is as
smooth as possible.

    FoaMasters thereby confirms that RSM Bentley Jennison are appointed as Group auditors to the Company with immediate effect.
