Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
 
FoaMasters International Limited (AIM: FOAM) ("FoaMasters" or the "Company"), 
announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held 
today, the resolutions put to shareholders to approve the cancellation of 
admission to AIM, and share buy back at 23 pence per share, were duly passed. 
 
 
As a result, it is expected that the cancellation of dealings in the Company's 
shares on AIM will take effect from 8.00 a.m on 7 April 2009.
