                      Update to Director/PDMR Shareholding



Further to the announcement dated 3 August 2007 relating to the acquisition of
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), FishWorks
announces that the purchase of the 2,173,913 Ordinary Shares by David Singleton,
a non-executive director of the Company, took place on 3 August 2007 at 11.5p
per share.

Following the purchase David Singleton will be interested in 2,330,163 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 3.1% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
