The Company was informed on 3 February 2011 that Jeremy Middleton, Non-Executive Director, transferred his entire holding of 625,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the share capital of the Company, representing approximately 5 per cent. of the issued share capital to a nominee account of Brewin Dolphin.
