Directorate Change

Stella Panu, non executive director, is to leave the board of Fuse 8 with immediate effect. Stella held a caretaking role on the board of Award International Holdings and, following the successful reverse and integration of the Fuse 8 business, has now completed her role with the Company.

Commenting on the change, Mark Walton, Executive Chairman, said:
