Pre-Close Trading Update

Fuse 8 plc (AIM: FUZ 8), the full service digital marketing agency, is pleased to provide an update on trading for the year ended 31 March 2011 in advance of its Preliminary Results announcement, which is expected to be made in June 2011.

The second half of the financial year has continued to progress steadily and the Company expects to report revenues and profits before exceptional items in line with current expectations. The exceptional items during the period relate to the costs of Fuse 8's admission to AIM and the acquisition of Delete Digital Marketing.

Despite the fragile UK economy the Company has continued to see increased levels of activity as both existing and new clients turn to Fuse 8 to help them deploy digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

New business wins have continued at a good pace, with new clients including: London Stock Exchange, Olympic Park Legacy Company and Welcome to Yorkshire. Some sectors, such as the public sector, have shown a slowing in clients' decision making, however the overall pipeline is still strong.

The Company's new office in London, acquired in December 2010, has been successfully integrated into the Fuse 8 infrastructure, and has increased the opportunities for the enlarged Company within its key markets.

The outlook over the next financial year remains positive and the Company expects to further increase revenues and profits whilst also actively reviewing acquisition opportunities for complementary businesses that will both add to the Fuse 8 client offering, and drive shareholder value.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Mark Walton, currently Executive Chairman of Fuse 8 Group plc, will now be focusing on strategic technology development for Fuse 8. Such development is intended to keep the Company at the leading edge of communications capabilities. Mr Walton will remain on the Board of Directors and become the Non-Executive Chairman.

Commenting Nigel Hunter, Chief Executive Officer said:

"We are pleased with the progress that the Company has made since joining the market, and we continue to win clients and service our growing client base.

"We know that we cannot be complacent about the condition of the economy and recognise the need to continue to deliver exceptional service and results to our clients in order to maintain the continued growth of Fuse 8."
