                       Substantial Shareholder Dealings                        

The Company received notification that Mr Roy Stanley has purchased 100,000
Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase Mr Roy Stanley is now interested in
4,300,000 Ordinary Shares representing 11.0 per cent. of the total voting
rights of the Company.

The total voting rights of the Company are 39,196,244 consisting of 38,152,678
ordinary shares and 1,043,566 Preference Shares.
