    On 02 September 2008 the Company was informed that Mr Alan Goldsmith purchased 575,000 ordinary shares at 1.3 pence per share on 02
September 2008. Following that purchase, and in clarification to the announcement made regarding Mr Goldsmith's holdings on 07 August 2008,
Mr Alan Goldsmith now owns 8,900,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This holding represents 3.02% of the issued share capital.
