Dividend Declaration 
 
The Directors of Gartmore Growth Opportunities plc announce that they have 
declared an interim dividend, in lieu of a final, of 5.375p per Ordinary share 
in respect of the year to 30 June 2010 which will be paid on 30 September 2010 
to shareholders on the register on 17 September 2010. The shares will be marked 
ex dividend on 15 September 2010.
