Acquisition the shares in ORADENT AB

GHP is pleased to announce that it has, today, completed the acquisition of 100
percent of ORADENT AB, the largest private supplier of highly specialised oral
rehabilitation in Sweden.

Acquisition details

GHP has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Oradent AB for approximately �5.4
million. The acquisition was financed by the issuance of approximately 1,430,000
shares at 122 pence per share and approximately �3.6 million in cash.

Oradent AB is a holding company owning 100 percent of Credentus AB that in its
turn is the unlimited partner of Specialistkliniken for Dentala Implantat KB
("SFDI KB"), a limited liability partnership. The structure with eight of the
working specialists owning limited partner's shares in SFDI KB is in line with
the GHP partnership model.

In the latest twelve months' financial statements to December 31, 2007 Oradent
AB had consolidated revenues of approximately �3.9 million and earnings before
tax of approximately �1.2 million on its accounting basis whereof approximately
�0.4 million was allocated to the limited partners in SFDI KB, translated at
current rates of exchange. Gross assets are approximately �3.1 million.

Deferred consideration of between 0 and 5 per cent. of the initial consideration
value may become payable in 2009, 2010 and 2011 in cash on the fulfilment, at
that time, of certain conditions.

The Oradent group

SFDI KB is the operating company and conducts its business in fully owned
premises outside of Stockholm in Nacka. The unlimited partner, Credentus AB,
runs a fully owned dental laboratory within the premises and supplies the clinic
with dental appliances.

Development of the Dental Service Line within GHP

GHP believes that this acquisition is an important step in the building of the
dental service line as the clinic is the largest private clinic for specialized
oral rehabilitation in Sweden. It will give GHP a definite presence in the
Swedish oral rehabilitation market. The clinic is also the only private
specialized oral rehabilitation centre in Sweden that is licensed by the
National Swedish Board of Health and Welfare to educate and graduate specialists
in Prosthetic Dentistry.

Commenting on the proposed acquisition, Per Batelson, Chairman and Chief
