The Board has today declared an interim dividend of 15p per Ordinary share. 
This dividend will be payable on 22 March 2011 to shareholders on the register 
as at 11 March 2011. 
 
The interim dividend is being paid prior to the orderly dissolution of the 
Company being approved and is being paid to the extent required to comply with 
the Company's approval as an investment trust.
