Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 19 September 2005, that the following Directors of
the Company purchased ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of
13.875p.

Mr. Jason Drummond, the Executive Chairman of the Company, has bought 150,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 13.875p per share. Following this transaction Mr.
Jason Drummond is interested in 12,279,618 Ordinary Shares representing 4.47 per
cent of the Ordinary Shares in issue.

Following a purchase of 70,000 Ordinary shares on the 19 September 2005 at a
price of 13.875p Mr. Justin Drummond, the Chief Executive of the Company is
interested in 250,000 shares representing 0.09 per cent of the Ordinary shares
in issue.

In addition Damion Greef, a non executive Director of the Company, has bought
36,000 Ordinary at a price of 13.875p per share. Following this transaction Mr.
Damion Greef is interested in 1,366,055 Ordinary Shares representing 0.50 per
cent of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
