                               Special Dividend


The Company announced on 26 January 2006, as part of its interim results 
announcement, that it will declare a special dividend.

The Board has pleasure in declaring a Special dividend, of 72.1p for the year
ending 30 June 2006 on the ordinary shares of the company. This will be paid on
30 June 2006 to those shareholders on the Register of Members at close of
business on 2 June 2006.

The Board is still giving consideration to applying to the London Stock Exchange
to de-list its Ordinary Shares from AIM.
