Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received notification from Schroder Investment Management Limited
and also on behalf of its subsidiaries stating that, while they continue to
have an interest in the above mentioned company, it has ceased to be a
notifiable interest for the purpose of Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 (the
Act) since it represents less than 10% of the nominal value of the relevant
share capital.
