The unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share of the Company is calculated by taking the total of the fair valuations of all investments and making such adjustments as are required to reflect the cash held by the Company, accrued liabilities and expenses, prepayments and any other creditors and debtors.

The Company may also invest, directly or indirectly, in the senior debt of such borrowers and related and/or similar assets.
