Admission of new shares


Further to the announcements on 25 January 2005 and 5 May 2005, certain
milestones have now been completed by Mr Keith MacGregor, a vendor of Ebiox
Limited, and the Company has issued the final milestones tranches totalling
750,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company to Mr
MacGregor.


In addition, following the announcements of 23 September 2005 and 9 November
2005, in accordance with the Settlement Agreement between Mr Michael Low
(formerly a Director of the Company) and the Company, 215,304 ordinary shares of
2.5p each in the capital of the Company have been issued to Mr Low.


Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM.  The shares
are expected to start trading on 22 December 2005, bringing the total issued
share capital of the Company to 159,961,181.
