Medical Development Specialists Acquisition Earnout



Further to the announcements made on 17th June 2005 and 7th January 2004, under
the terms of the acquisition of Medical Development Specialist Inc ("MDS") the
Company has allotted 213,334 new Ordinary 2.5p Shares, at 15.75 pence per share,
under the earn-out conditions, to the vendors of MDS.



Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. The
shares are expected to start trading on 5th May 2006, bringing the issued share
capital of the Company to 187,164,745.
