Issue of Shares


Having recently completed various technical milestones relating to certain
aspects of the business of Ebiox Limited, Keith MacGregor has resigned by mutual
consent as Research & Development Director of Ebiox Limited, a subsidiary of
Healthcare Enterprise Group ("HCEG"). Mr. MacGregor, an experienced specialist
sector professional, will continue to work with HCEG on a consultancy basis, to
assist the group with a number of matters. To this end HCEG has allotted to Mr
MacGregor 1,475,947 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, at a price of
4.9 pence per share.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. The
shares are expected to start trading on 25 September 2006, bringing the issued
share capital of the Company to 198,183,207.
