                        Admission of new shares to AIM                        

HACAS Group Plc ("HACAS") announces that application has been made for an
additional 18,150 ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted to trading on
AIM.  These shares are being issued to Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
Assured Homes PLC("RBK&C") shareholders who have accepted HACAS' offer for
RBK&C subsequent to 24 November 1998.

Admission of these shares is expected to take place on 8 December 1998.  These
shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
