Hardy Underwriting Group All Employee Share Incentive Plan

Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited announces that it was advised on the 12 April 2012 that the Trustees of the Hardy Underwriting Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), purchased the following Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited Common shares of 20p each:

On 11 April 2012 - a total of 10,581 Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited Common Shares of 20p each at a price of GBP2.7675 per share in respect of the March allocation under the terms of the Plan. Of these shares 3,527 were acquired as Partnership Shares (paid for by participating employees), and 7,054 shares were bought by the Company as Matching Shares.

The registered holder of all shares is Lloyds TSB Corporate Nominees Limited designation AESOP 1.
