INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED MINERALS INC. 
("ICMI" or the "Company") 
Temporary Suspension 
International Consolidated Minerals Inc. (AIM & BVL: ICMI), the South American 
focused mineral exploration and development company, announces that negotiations 
to secure a restructuring of the Company's existing indebtedness and raise new 
funding, as referred to in the final results announcement dated 30 June 2009, 
have to date been unsuccessful and accordingly the Board has reluctantly decided 
to initiate proceedings to place the Company's principal subsidiary, 
International Consolidated Minerals Limited into administration. 
As a result, the Board has today requested a temporary suspension, with 
immediate effect, of trading in its shares on AIM and Lima, pending 
clarification of the Company's financial position and its immediate requirement 
for further short and medium term funding to enable it to continue operating. 
 
 
A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
