                           RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING 
 
                              SHARE CONSOLIDATION 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that at a General Meeting of the Company 
held today, all resolutions were passed. 
 
Share consolidation 
 
Accordingly every 1,000 Ordinary Share of 0.001p will be consolidated into 1 
New Ordinary Share of 1p. Application has been made to the London Stock 
Exchange for the 5,800,957 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on 
AIM. Admission is expected to commence on 25 August 2009.
