The Company was informed on 6 April 2011 that, on the same day, Joe McKenna, a 
director of the Company, transferred 210,743 ordinary shares held by him to his 
SIPP at a price of 19p. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr McKenna's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 4,166,667 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.4 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury 
shares).
