    Management Transition in respect of Directinet SA ("Directinet")

    Further to the press release on 12 November 2008, IPTH (AIM:IPH) announces that its French subsidiary, Directinet, has finalised the
process which is intended to result in the departure of the fourth remaining founder ("Remaining Founder") after an orderly transition
period.
    Following an employment procedure under French law, this Remaining Founder will work out his notice period and will leave Directinet on
4 February 2009.  Directinet will make a payment to this Remaining Founder in respect of the termination of his employment.
