INDIVIDUAL RESTAURANT COMPANY PLC ("IRC")
Board Changes
On 2 June 2011, W2D2 Limited declared its Offer unconditional in
all respects and as a result, IRC's Shares are due to be delisted
on 15 July 2011. In addition Malcolm Walker and Tarsem Dhaliwal
have been appointed as directors of IRC today and Robert Breare and
Richard Simpson have resigned with immediate effect from the board
of IRC.
Save for the disclosures below, there are no further disclosures
to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM
Rules.
