The Company has today been informed that Lennox Trust, a significant shareholder of Itacare transferred 9,068,509 ordinary shares to Real Holdings International Limited, a trustee of Lennox Trust on 1 April 2014. Following this transaction, Real Holdings International Limited is interested in 9,068,509 ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.4% of Itacare's issued share capital.
