Result of EGM/Cancellation to Trading on AIM

The Company (AIM:ITA) announces that the resolution proposed at its Extraordinary General Meeting held today, relating to the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, was duly passed with 79.1% of votes received in favour of the resolution.

It is expected that the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 am on Friday, 16 May 2014. Accordingly, the latest date for trading in the Company's ordinary shares through the market will be Thursday, 15 May 2014.
