                       InTechnology strengthens its Board

InTechnology plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Cameron to
its Board as Chief Executive Officer.  Peter Wilkinson, InTechnology's founder
and current Chief Executive, will assume the role of Executive Chairman in order
to concentrate on strategy.

Mr Wilkinson will pass responsibility for implementing strategy and for the
day-to-day running of InTechnology to Mr Cameron.  This will allow Mr Wilkinson
time to concentrate on the overall strategic direction of InTechnology and the
technical opportunities available to it.

Mr Cameron joins InTechnology from Goldman Sachs where he was an executive
director in the investment banking division and where he has been the advisor
many of Europe's largest companies.  Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr Cameron was a
corporate finance director at Kleinwort Benson where he founded its technology
advisory team.

Mr Cameron has extensive experience in advising quoted technology companies and
assisting with their growth both organically and via acquisition. This, combined
with his thorough understanding of how service orientated companies should be
managed, as well as how they are judged by investors, will be invaluable to the
growth and development of InTechnology going forward.

Lord Parkinson, InTechnology's current Chairman, will assume the title President
and remain Chair of the Board and the Audit Committee.

All appointments become effective on 1 July 2002.

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Wilkinson, said:

"Having reached a position where our Online Data Services division is now
rapidly heading towards breakeven, complementing our already profitable Storage
Solutions Services division, I need to spend more time developing and exploiting
strategic opportunities for InTechnology.

"I am pleased to welcome Charles, who has a wealth of experience in the
technology sector and the City to drive the business on a day-to-day basis and
to maximise the implementation of future strategies.  We have known each other
for some two years and both feel we have very strong complementary skills which
will hugely benefit InTechnology and its shareholders."

Charles Cameron added:

"The pressure on corporate customers to be able to save data, store it securely
and recover it continues to grow rapidly.  In my time spent advising IT services
companies throughout Europe, I have not seen one to match the depth of
InTechnology's storage skills or come close to what it has achieved in providing
online storage solutions to corporate customers.  I believe that InTechnology
has huge potential and I look forward to helping it grow in the future."
