International Tool & Supply PLC (the "Company")

Application for admission of 154 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") to the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM")

Application has today been made for 154 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the
exercise of warrants to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that such admission
will become effective in accordance with the rules of AIM, and that dealings
in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 08:30hrs on Monday 22 June, 1998.

The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
