Share Consolidation General Meeting

Journey Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the general meeting held at 11 a.m. today the resolution relating to the proposed consolidation of the Company's Existing Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each into New Ordinary Shares of GBP0.25 each contained in the notice of the meeting was duly passed on a show of hands. A summary of the proxy votes received in advance of the meeting is as follows:
