                     Jumpit ASA ('Jumpit' or the 'Company')


The Board of Jumpit has today received an offer from Lillian B. Olsson or a
company nominated by her for the entire issued share capital of the Company at a
price of NOK 0.055 (approximately 0.50 pence) per share. Ms. Olsson currently
holds 481,280 shares in Jumpit or 0.9% of the issued share capital.

The offer price is approximately 41 % below the closing share price of 0.85
pence per share on Thursday 15 November 2007, the day before this approach. 
This offer has similar conditions attached as the offer made by Springfield AS
announced on 30 October 2007.

The Board does not consider this offer made by Ms. Olsson to be a credible
proposal.
