Director/PDMR Shareholding


Further to the announcement dated 20 November 2007 J. Chr Borchgrevink, Cabehefa
AS, a company controlled by J. Chr Borchgrevink and Motivator, a company
controlled by Petter Sorlie, have sold their respective interests in the Company
representing in aggregate 20.8% of the Company  to Springfield AS
('Springfield'), for NOK 0.05 per share.

As a result of the these disposals, of J. Chr Borchgrevink and Motivator have no
further interests, direct or indirect, in the issued share capital of the
Company.

Following the above transactions Springfield AS now holds 10,504,554 ordinary
shares representing 20.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
