                     Jarlway Holdings PLC (the "Company")                      

                          SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION                          

As stated in the Company's announcement dated 1 September 2008, the Company's
shares will be suspended from trading on AIM on 1 October 2008, and on
1 November 2008, the AIM listing will be cancelled in accordance with the AIM
Rules.

Once the cancellation has taken effect, the Company's shareholders will no
longer be able to effect transactions in the Company's shares 'on market' at
the 'market price'. Following the cancellation, therefore, the Company's
shareholders will have to effect any further transactions in the Company's
shares 'off market' at a price to be agreed between the relevant parties.

The Company and the majority shareholder will attempt to match buyers and
sellers for the shares to assist any minority shareholder who wants to sell
their shares. Following the cancellation, minority shareholders should direct
