            Re: Kidron Industrial Holdings Ltd. Company Announcement


Kidron Industrial Holdings Ltd (hereinafter: "the Company") has announced to the
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and to the Israeli Securities Authority as an immediate
report, that on 26 March 2007 the district court in Nazerat Ilit ordered that
the term of the Company's stoppage of proceedings order (the Israeli equivalent
of chapter 11 of the US law) shall be extended for an additional 45 day period.

The district court in Nazerat Ilit ordered that the Company's creditors must
file all or any debt claims they have vis-a-vis the Company to the Company's
special administrator and trustee of the Company in stoppage of proceedings
(hereinafter: "the Trustee") by 15 April 2007.

The district court in Nazerat Ilit ordered the Trustee to receive all offers
from any body or person with respect to the purchase of the Company or its
assets, to bring such offers before the Company's creditors, to receive the
Company's creditors position with respect to such offers by means of convening
creditors meetings and after the election of the best offer, to bring such offer
to the approval of the district court in Nazerat Ilit.
