Market Update

Further to the announcement of 4 September 2012, the board today provide an update on progress on the sale of the LCA assets. The disposal process has taken longer than anticipated and discussions are on-going with several interested parties to acquire assets of LCA. The aggregate value under consideration for the sale of the assets of LCA is broadly in line with the current market capitalisation of LCA. However, as with any transaction there remains some execution risk, and as such there can be no guarantee at this time that discussions will conclude in a sale of the assets of LCA at or close to the current market capitalisation of the company.
