                               Holding in Company

Further to the placing announced on 16th November, the Company has been notified
of the following holdings in ordinary shares of the company.

   * The Throgmorton Trust plc holds 8,000,000 ordinary shares representing
    6.8% of the enlarged share capital of 118.4 million ordinary shares in
    issue;
   * Barnard Nominees Ltd holds 4,402,500 ordinary shares representing 3.7%;

The Company was informed on 22nd November 2004 that funds managed by RAB Capital
plc no longer have a disclosable holding of ordinary shares in the Company.
