The Board of Leisure & Media VCT PLC (the "Company") announces that the Company
has today purchased 123,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company's issued
share capital for cancellation at a price of 92.5p per ordinary share.  The
total number of Ordinary shares in issue following the purchase and cancellation
