    Retirement of Directors
    As stated in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2007, the Board has decided to reduce the number of Directors on
the Board of the Company from four to two, so accordingly Mr Graham Edward Tuppen and Mr Nicholas James Irens retired as Directors at
today's Annual General Meeting.

    The Board thank them for their valuable contributions to the Company over the last seven years and wishes them well for the future.
