Ludorum plc ("Ludorum" or "the Company") announces that non-executive director David Maloney, will be retiring from the Board of Directors of the Company at its annual general meeting on 28 June 2012, after serving on the Board for over six years.

A replacement non-executive director for David will be announced shortly and will take up appointment as soon as practicable after the annual general meeting.
