Rights Issue, Proposed Restructuring of the Company, and Cancellation of 
Admission to Trading on AIM of the Company's Shares 
 
 
Further to its announcement released on 1 December 2009, Madara Bulgarian 
Property Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the circular relating to 
the rights issue, proposed restructuring of the Company and cancellation of 
admission to trading on AIM of the Company's shares has been posted to the 
Company's shareholders. 
 
 
Copies of the circular and accompanying documents are available from the 
Company's registered office at Elizabeth House, 9 Castle Street, St Helier, 
Jersey JE2 3RT Channel Islands and from its website www.madarafund.com. 
 
 
Shareholders should note that in connection with the Rights Issue, the ex-rights 
date is 1 December 2009. Terms used in this announcement have the same meanings
