Board Changes 
 
Money Debt & Credit Group plc ("the Group") announces the following changes to 
its Board of Directors which will take place with immediate effect. 
Simon Johnson, the current Executive Chairman of the Group has assumed the role 
of Chief Executive in addition to his existing responsibilities. 
Jon Bartman, the current Chief Executive has been appointed Marketing Director. 
Karl Pykerman, currently Managing Director - Debt Management Division becomes 
Operations Director. 
 
 
Dan Reardon, currently Managing Director - IVA Division, becomes Sales Director. 
 
 
Denise Moran joins the Board as Human Resources Director. 
Commenting on the changes Simon Johnson said: 
"I look forward to taking up the challenge of the CEO role at an exciting time 
in the Group's development. We are experiencing increasing demand from consumers 
for debt solutions and to maximize this opportunity it is important that the 
Board is structured around the activities key to the Group's progress." 
"An effective marketing strategy is clearly essential to this success, to 
identify and reach these consumers in the most cost-effective way. Accordingly, 
the Group has stepped-up its marketing initiatives significantly for 2009. In 
addition to our successful on-going introducer and referral programmes, the 
Group has started or is about to start new campaigns on satellite and 
terrestrial TV, radio, national newspapers and internet. Jon Bartman's expertise 
in marketing as well as his knowledge of our business and our industry has 
already proved invaluable in identifying and structuring these media deals. We 
expect further opportunities will follow as a consequence of Jon now being able 
to focus exclusively on our marketing strategy." 
 
 
Similarly, the appointments of Karl Pykerman, Dan Reardon, and Denise Moran 
as Operations Director, Sales Director and HR Director respectively, ensures we 
have experienced executives heading every key discipline in our business to 
drive effectiveness and performance." 
 
 
Denise Samantha Lee Moran is aged 38. There are no other matters to be disclosed 
in relation to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
