The Board of Medgenics announces that on 25 June 2008 Lord Leonard Steinberg  (a Director  of  the  Company)  informed
the  Company  that  on  25  June  2008  he acquired  in the market  100,000   ordinary   shares   of   US$   0.0001   
each    in    the Company at a price of 5.5 pence per ordinary share.

Lord  Steinberg's  total interest in shares following this purchase  is  14,584,725 Ordinary  Shares  of  US$ 0.0001
each representing 13.7%  of  the  issued  share capital.
