2006 City Equities Limited purchased 25,000,000 shares in the Company's recent
placing, being approximately 21.68% of the issued share capital of the Company.


Having sold all of these shares to certain of their private customers, acting as
Principal, at the start of business on 3 November 2006, City Equities Limited
held nil shares and therefore no longer had a notifiable interest in the issued
share capital of Micap Plc.
