    POTENTIAL ACQUISITION

    In the Corporate Review announcement on 28th April 2008 it was announced that Micap plc was to conduct full due diligence on an
acquisition opportunity which had been identified during the review process.

    Due diligence has now been concluded, and information arose which meant that the proposed acquisition could not be completed.

    The Directors will continue to look for opportunities to enhance shareholder value.
