Suspension of listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange 
The Board refers to the circular published by the Company on 11 October 2010 in 
connection with the recommended proposals for the members' voluntary liquidation 
of the Company and the cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's 
shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange which shareholders may 
vote on at today's General Meeting to be held at 10.00 a.m.. 
In view of the proposed vote, the Company announces that the premium listing on 
the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of the ordinary shares of 10 pence 
each issued by the Company (ISIN number GG00B104VL60) was suspended from 7:30 
a.m. today. A further announcement will be made by the Company following the 
General Meeting later today.
