the beneficial owner of 7,520,663 ordinary shares of the Company
representing 5.14 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the
Company.

826,738 ordinary shares are registered in the name of techpacific.com
Investments Limited and 6,693,925 ordinary shares are registered in
the name of Citicorp Nominees Pty Ltd.
